I am a certified Zumba Instructor since the age of 15. I have been taking Zumba online and offline for the last couple of years in Dubai.
I usually start with a warm up followed by an hour of Zumba and then I end with a cool down session. I make sure to keep easy steps for everyone to cope up and also change the intensity of songs and steps regularly to ensure a good workout.
