I give Italian lessons to non-native speakers using a personalised teaching approach

Hello everyone, my name is Aurora and I graduated with a degree in Modern Languages and Cultures with top marks – 110 cum laude – from the ‘Carlo Bo’ University of Urbino.
I am currently nearing the end of my Master’s degree in Modern Languages and Intercultural Studies to further expand my knowledge.
During my studies, I’ve had the opportunity to specialise in English and Spanish, reaching a C2 level which I’m continuing to refine.
My passion for languages and literature has also led me to develop an interest in the field of education, where one has the opportunity to support students on their journey of linguistic and personal growth.
Furthermore, I have a keen interest in the field of research, which is why I decided to pursue a Master’s degree that would prepare me to tackle both of these areas.
My university studies have introduced me to the world of teaching and pedagogy, enabling me to deliver language lessons more effectively and with more satisfactory results through the use of approaches and methods grounded in scientific research (e.g. the humanistic-affective approach). For this reason, I consider myself well-qualified and suited to teaching foreign languages, as well as Italian as a foreign language, thanks to my up-to-date and methodical studies.
In recent years, I have been able to put my studies into practice through training experiences both in Italy and abroad. From October 2023 to May 2024, I undertook a 175-hour curricular work placement at a language-focused secondary school.
From 1 September 2025 to 31 October 2025, I had the opportunity to undertake a placement in Spain as part of the Erasmus+ Traineeship programme. The placement took place at a school teaching Italian to foreign learners in Valencia, lasting a total of 230 hours.
I am currently teaching Italian to foreign learners.
My specialisation in teaching methodology, which is extremely important for language acquisition, enables me to draw on scientifically proven approaches and methodologies, helping students to achieve better results with less effort and emotional stress.
