Leadership Communication Training for Professionals: Build Confidence in Challenging Conversations

Would you like to feel more confident leading difficult or important conversations at work? Hello, I’m Lisa—a leadership communication trainer and former medical doctor. For more than 10 years, I’ve delivered communication, leadership and professional skills training to managers, healthcare professionals and postgraduate learners. I help managers and professionals communicate clearly, handle challenging conversations and build stronger working relationships. Sessions may focus on giving constructive feedback, managing underperformance, conflict management, team communication and other leadership challenges. My sessions are practical and tailored to your role, experience and goals. We begin with a real workplace situation you would like to approach more effectively. We then explore the people, perspectives and communication challenges involved before practising different approaches through realistic scenarios and role-play. You will receive clear, supportive feedback and practical suggestions you can apply immediately. My aim is to help you develop a leadership communication style that feels confident, respectful and natural. Sessions are delivered online in English, ideally in small groups for the purpose of practising in roleplay.
