Thanks to my previous working experiences, even in international working environments, I looked after Sales & Marketing, Customer Service as well as HR Recruiting and Training.

Both as Customer Service Manager and Marketing Manager, I handled business analysis and marketing strategies implementation, also focusing on sales and customers’ retentions.

My skills contributed to increase the performance of all the Companies departments throughout my 30-year professional career. I also looked after administrative tasks and team building/leading.
