Hello! My name is Lile, and I am originally from Georgia. I am currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Management of Human Resources at the University of Milan. My professional background is in education, with experience in teaching, teacher professional development, and education projects. I have worked as a teaching assistant at the British International School in Georgia and as a private English tutor for both children and adults. I have also completed a teacher preparation course in pedagogy, which strengthened my knowledge of teaching methods and learning processes. In my previous professional roles, I worked closely with teachers, supported professional learning initiatives, and contributed to educational development projects.
