Hi my name is Gavin. I'm an experienced English language and communications teacher who holds a postgraduate degree (masters) in English and a Cambridge CELTA Certification (TESOL), further solidifying my credentials as a certified English Language Trainer. I've grown up in a family of teachers and personally I find a deep sense of fulfillment in helping people. It is a privilege to be witness to the individual growth that my students make in their learning journeys. Teaching is what keeps me young at heart and mind. It is what keeps alive my awe for being a perpetual learner. In my leisure time I enjoy reading poetry, listening to music and watching movies. I am also a big time foodie! I enjoy cooking and baking as well. My favourite sport is basketball. For four and a half years, I have been teaching at one of India's top B-Schools and have successfully instructed students across multiple streams, including Business, Commerce, Science, and Economics. Teaching such varied streams combined with my ESL training (CELTA Certified) has enriched my pedagogical toolkit over the years, allowing me to deliver effective lessons tailored to meet the diverse needs of students. Additionally, I have also served as the Chairperson of the B.B.A. program at my institution for two years; handling both the administrative duties as well as contributing to course design, structuring and, overall execution of the program.
