Fluency isn't on your bookshelf — it's in your voice. Let’s break the mental blocks that keep you silent

I didn't learn English because I had to — I loved it from a young age, while other kids just saw it as a subject. That love carried me through my Erasmus, where I spoke English daily with people of every accent; through a remote job with a Danish team, done entirely in English; and now through my Master's degree here in Florence — also fully in English. But what really shapes my teaching is this: I taught myself. Nobody handed me fluency, I built it. And as the idea often credited to Einstein goes — if you can't explain something simply, you don't truly understand it. Because I built my own understanding from scratch, I know exactly where the confusion happens, and how to clear it away simply. So my lessons won't be another textbook rule. They'll be about speaking, thinking, and living the language. I won't just make you speak English — I'll make you love it. And once you love a language the way I do, you stop translating in your head and start thinking in English.
