I am very passionate about teaching, as making my students achieve even difficult goals gives me great satisfaction and fills me with pride. It comes natural implementing strategies that caters to various learning styles. I have very good skills at motivating, engaging students and building trustworthy relationships with them, regardless of whether they are children, young learners or grown-ups. Having worked before in International schools in Primary and middle school, I have been tutoring young students in the upper primary, middle and high school, preparing them to tests, exams as well as to Cambridge Certificates (KET, PET, First, Advanced) and IELTS. I have a keen understanding of curriculum development, assessment, and pedagogical strategies. I have a long experience also at teaching Business English to adults and young professionals, at Language schools, such as Wall Street Institute and EF, as well as at multinational companies’ premises, such as Adecco, Auchan, Arvato Bertelsmann, Hilti Group, Moncler, Vitali, Trumpf, RTA, Burgo Cartiere, Nuceria Group, Socomec etc. Having worked for many years in the past as an employee in multinational companies in IT and pharma industries, I have a good understanding of what could the needs of businesspeople be at all levels, from the secretary to the top manager: enhance their speaking skills to feel confident at business meetings, job interviews, preparing presentations and professional e-mails.
