My teaching philosophy centers on creating an engaging, inclusive classroom environment where all students feel supported in developing their language and literacy skills. Whether it’s enhancing reading comprehension, refining writing techniques, or exploring literary analysis, I strive to tailor my lessons to meet the diverse learning styles and needs of my students.
In my previous position at Kanun school in Iran, I was responsible for creating and delivering lesson plans that encouraged critical thinking and creativity, while also preparing students for standardized exams. I also collaborated with colleagues to integrate technology into the curriculum, making learning more interactive and accessible for students.
In addition to my teaching experience, I am also skilled in fostering strong relationships with students, parents, and staff, promoting an atmosphere of respect and open communication. I believe that building trust and understanding with students is key to creating a successful learning environment.
