My name is Kamal Abdul Malik Muhammad Al-Hakim, I have a Bachelor's degree in Education, specializing in Mathematics. I taught Mathematics for 5 years, then became a Mathematics Education Supervisor and Trainer for Mathematics Teacher Trainers for more than 20 years. I work as a senior trainer, educational supervisor, teacher trainer, mentor trainer, school administration trainer, girls education trainer, and educational trainer for grades 1-3 .. all in the Yemeni Ministry of Education since 1996 until now. I also work as Academic Supervision Team Leader and Academic Supervisor in 8 private schools. Since 2003 until now, I have also participated and continue to be the head of the training team and preparation of the training material in the conditional cash transfers project in the Social Fund for Development for more than 4 years, and I also participated as a coach and supervisor of the team in the health awareness program during the cholera epidemic and during the Covid 19 pandemic from During the school staff sponsored by UNICEF. It also participated in the preparation and training of training projects for some local civil society organizations with the support and funding of international organizations. Previously, I was the financial director of Life Makers Schools for a year, a member of the field survey team and the documentary survey of endowment lands, and I also participated as a member of the fund committee in the presidential elections in Yemen. In 1997 and I also participated as coordinator and implementer of the International Program (Marat) for Mathematics and Science and the National Program for Mathematics, Science and Arabic Language Examinations (NAS).
I have participated in more than 30 training programs while I am a trainee, and I have participated in more than 100 training programs as I am a coach. The number of hours I have trained exceeds 20,000 hours. It also developed the reading and writing program for elementary grades in private schools, which is now approved in many private schools.
