My practices change each time. I do yoga to feel good. To breath and be in the moment. I adapt to what i feel and what i want to feel, open, ground what is welcomed with in and out. I ask what is felt and what is wanted to achieve, receive. I open stretch ground our body with in and out. I flow and moov and balance the physical mental and our breath. I stretch the thoughts, open and adapt. By using yoga on the mat to how I want to be. What we bring to the mat is what we bring to our lives. I want to love and feel. and share that.
