I began my teaching career in a nearby town shortly after earning my master degree in TESOL at the university of Liverpool. Students were a mixed bunch of different ages and with different learning purposes, so it was a good challenge for me through which I learned many skills. Then I taught for 2 years at a private language school in my hometown Latin and English to elementary, middle and high school children. My next step was to go to Taiwan where I taught legal English for one year in the Acer headquarters in Taipei. At the same time, I taught as a cover teacher in Chung HuA university always in Taiwan academic English. I then moved to the University of Newcastle where I earned an MPhil and then a PhD in English in 2014. In the meantime, I kept teaching English for the teaching & learning organization in London one to one English and Italian lessons to private clients for one year. After earning my PhD, I was hired for pre-sessional academic courses at the university of Birmingham teaching written and oral English presentation in I started working at the university of Nottingham Ningbo China written and oral academic English, Media, and introduction to analytical taught. Finally, I trained and assessed postgraduate assistants and collaborate every summer with the Auckland University of Technology as an external examiner for master or doctoral thesis. I recently completed the Spring semester 21-22 at Jiangxi Normal University, China, where I developed the course syllabus for the course of Fundamentals of Oral Communication, created progressive assessments and designed and delivered teaching material in the form of teaching grid and PPT slides to 150 year one students. Results and feedback from both students, colleagues and supevisors were excellent. I am a patient, kind, flexible teacher and my mission is to create a relaxing atmosphere in the class to promote learning which is student centered. I am passionate in my job and feel at best working and interacting with students of all backgrounds, ages and purposes. It would be my greatest pleasure to be considered by your institute.
