An experienced teacher I offer online English lessons to students and adults

My classes aim to cover the material in a fun and enthusiastic way. With many years of tutoring experience I find that students learn more readily when enjoying themselves. I encourage my students to participate in their lessons, to ask questions and to give answers. In my approach to teaching there is no such thing as a silly question or a wrong answer. If the question matters to the student then it is a good one. If a student gives an incorrect answer it is an opportunity to learn the correct answer.
In the same way students learn best when they actively participate in lessons. Participation means they are getting an opportunity to practice their English and to make the mistakes they will learn from. Getting actively involved in lessons allows them to see the progress they are making and to judge how they are improving from class to class as well as getting a picture of the further steps they need to take.
Enjoying the lessons is vital for both teacher and student. If the student sees the lesson as a chore they will not learn as naturally as they are capable of doing. Learning any subject should be an enjoyable experience and I see it as the teacher's responsibility to make lessons engaging.
We all learn from one another and I hope my students can learn from me while enjoying the experience.
