I’m a certified personal trainer with experience in strength & conditioning, postnatal rehab, injury‑aware programming, nutrition coaching, and remote coaching platforms; I build progressive 4‑day programs and track measurable results. Lessons start with an onboarding (movement screen, goals, baseline tests) and are delivered in‑person or online via clear, coached sessions (warm‑up, main sets, accessory work, cool‑down) with video demos, regular adjustments, weekly check‑ins and technique feedback to ensure safe, sustainable progress.
