Master Strategic Communication and Global Business English with a Certified Executive Operations Leader

I coach English through real-world leadership, not textbooks. My background combines academic training, global team management, and high-pressure communication environments. I studied European Studies at Ateneo de Manila University, with exposure to multiple languages (French and Spanish) giving me a strong technical understanding of how people learn and structure language. Professionally, I've spent the last decade leading global teams across the Philippines, India, and the United States. I managed and scaled international teams of 60 to 150 designers, built onboarding systems for more than 200 artists, and helped establish workflows used across multiple countries. I also served as Interim HR Lead for the Philippines, where I led local hiring, developed core policies, advised senior leadership on regional operations, and organized both domestic and international company retreats. This work required constant cross-cultural communication with stakeholders across HR, Finance, and Engineering. Alongside corporate leadership, I am an international entrepreneur and co-founder of AKABA, a social enterprise I scaled to 18 retail locations. I represented the company at trade shows across North America and ASEAN, secured over 100,000 dollars in funding, and managed large operational and creative teams. This experience shaped how I communicate in business environments where clarity, persuasion, and professionalism directly affect outcomes. Before corporate leadership, I developed my communication skills in media and broadcasting as a radio entertainment host and as a two-time cast member and two-time winner of a national business reality show. These experiences trained me to speak with confidence, command an audience, and communicate ideas clearly under pressure. In lessons, we focus on precision.
