As a highly motivated graduate majoring in BS Computer Science (2009 – 2013) from COMSATS Institute of Information Technology (CIIT), Lahore, Pakistan’s top most ranked (1st) in Computer Science and in QS World University Rankings in Computer Science and IT on ICTR&D Fully funded scholarship by ministry of IT, Pakistan. During undergraduate I have won numerous competitions at national level and gained distinctive academic results as well with hands-on experience in different research areas. I possess good leadership skills in group working environment. I have completed my Masters in Computer Science (2015 – 2018) with specialization in Natural Language Processing with Deep Learning from Pakistan’s 2nd best university in computer science which is FAST – National University of Computer & Emerging Sciences, Karachi on Merit Masters Scholarship by the host university, with distinction. I have about Five years of teaching and approximately one year of software development experience at software industry.
It will be a life changing experience in my career and will be a great motivation in trying to drive positive changes and influence economic and social development not only in the technology but in other sectors as well. I wish to train at an advanced level in computer science specially in Machine Learning and Information Retrieval. My goal is to become an expert in this domain and then deliver my research experience and ideas. I believe that being student at computer science department Aalto University, will realize my dream. I am confident that I will match the high standards set by the institute and will be able to greatly contribute.
