Alessandro Bollo

Mechanical Engineering graduate with a Bachelor’s degree and a strong passion for the automotive world, currently pursuing a Master’s in Automotive & Motorsport Engineering at Politecnico di Milano.

I apply a solid technical foundation and growing hands-on experience in advanced vehicle dynamics analysis, simulation, and control to the development of high-performance vehicles. I am skilled in CAD modeling, FEA analysis, and MATLAB/Simulink, with a focus on solving complex engineering challenges.

Throughout my academic journey, international experiences, and project work, I have developed the ability to perform under pressure, break down complex problems into logical steps, and efficiently navigate technical challenges. My Erasmus program in the Netherlands and my studies in English have strengthened my fluency in both English and Italian and enhanced my ability to communicate effectively in multicultural teams. I excel in goal-oriented communication, coordinating group efforts, and ensuring productive collaboration both within multidisciplinary teams and in independent roles.

My goal is to build a career in the motorsport industry, contributing to innovative engineering projects that push the boundaries of speed, efficiency, and performance.
