My approach to teaching is getting to know the student and, from there, designing engaging lesson plans tailored to different learning styles and proficiency levels. Additionally, I find that implementing interactive teaching methods helps foster communication; for example, facilitating conversations with my students and immersive projects, and for younger students, role-playing is especially helpful. Lastly, monitoring and assessing student progress through formative and summative evaluations is a great tool. Not only does it show individual progress, but it also helps assess where there might be gaps and room for improvement for the student.
