I've been helping younger learners grow in English since my own school days - first as a peer tutor, then as a public speaking and debate coach for two years. That experience taught me a lot about helping someone find their voice. I also got to represent Lithuania at the World Public Speaking and Debate Championship in Cape Town, which showed me firsthand what's possible when someone truly believes in themselves.
After that I studied at UCL in London for four years. That's when English stopped being just a subject - it became my everyday life.
All of that shapes the way I teach. I keep my lessons conversational and relaxed, because I've seen that confidence comes from actually using the language - not just memorising rules. I want every student to feel comfortable making mistakes, asking questions and just talking freely. That's where the real progress happens!
