La modalità cambia a seconda dell'età e chiaramente delle esigenze.
Per i bambini preferisco un metodo immersivo, ovvero creare incontri dove ci sia il tempo di fare un gioco, una creazione, cuocere biscotti eccetera. In caso ci sia bisogno di recuperare insufficienze a scuola, si va a lavorare in maniera più mirata al programma scolastico.

Per ragazzi e adulti la metodologia varia da caso a caso, ma in generale prediligo la discorsività, cioè praticare la formulazione di frasi (e non liste di parole) in contesti scelti.



I am a native Italian translator with a University degree in Translation and Interpreting. I have studied languages and linguistics since a young age and lived in the UK for three years

I have been working full time as a professional translator and English teacher, VAT registered, since 2009.
In 2011, I started to manage my own English courses “English Lab” and “Corsi di Lingue sul Litorale”, based in Staranzano, Ronchi and Sistiana, employing also other teachers and training them on how to be efficient in language teaching both to children (from 4 year olds) and to grown-ups. From 2013 to 2021 we had an average of 100 students per academic year, attending weekly our afternoon groups from October to May. In Summer I would organise English Summer Camps from 6 to 10 weeks long depending on the year. However, since 2020 I have reduced the numbers in my afternoon groups, initially due to COVID restrictions and later on just because I enjoy a simpler life nowadays (I'm 46).
