My lessons are PPP lesson (Presentation, Practice, Production) using example of real language from everyday texts and conversations. A particular importance is given to teaching also the culture and not just grammar, since it's more evocative and easier to remember. I tend to elictit the meaning of the sentences and words, giving a more active role to the students. This is used to keep the attention span high and use the language actively instead of having a regular and boring frontal lesson.
My lessons will focus on three main learning styles: visual, auditory, and kinesthetic. I believe that every student has a unique way of understanding and retaining information, so I adapt my teaching methods accordingly.
For visual learners, I use images, diagrams, videos, and written notes to make concepts clear and engaging. For auditory learners, I include explanations, discussions, and repetition through listening and speaking activities. For kinesthetic learners, I incorporate hands-on exercises, movement, and practical examples to help them learn by doing.
Additionally, I have studied pedagogy, which allows me to better understand how students learn and how to explain concepts in a clear and effective way. This background helps me adapt my teaching strategies, identify individual needs, and support each learner with patience, structure, and proven educational methods that make learning more accessible and engaging.
My goal is to create a dynamic and supportive learning environment where each student can feel comfortable, motivated, and confident in their progress.
I hope to have explained my methodology at best of my possibilities and I hope to see you in class!
