Nella fase iniziale lo studente espone i suoi dubbi. La fase successiva prevede il chiarimento dei concetti sui quali ci sono lacune, avvalendosi dell'aiuto degli appunti e del libro di testo, svolgendo anche esercizi che prevedono l'applicazione degli stessi concetti.
Nel caso fosse necessario, si passa alla spiegazione teorica di un concetto.
Si passa poi allo svolgimento degli esercizi in preparazione della verifica/compito in classe o esame (nel caso di studenti universitari).
Se durante la preparazione subentrano lacune relative ad argomenti precedenti, esse verranno colmate seguendo lo schema prima illustrato.
Questo perché nella matematica (e in generale nelle materie scientifiche) la comprensione di un argomento precedente è fondamentale per la comprensione dell'argomento successivo. Esempio: non si possono svolgere le moltiplicazioni in colonna se non si sanno le tabelline.
Cerco di usare un approccio il più diretto possibile che consenta allo studente di trovarsi il più possibile a suo agio con il sottoscritto. Ciò non vuol dire che gli esercizi in preparazione a verifiche, esami ecc... sono svolti esclusivamente da me mentre lo studente sta a guardare. Se io scrivo, lo studente deve fare altrettanto. Può invece capitare la situazione che lo studente svolga l'esercizio e io controlli ciò che sta eseguendo.
Quella delle lezioni private è per ora un hobby/passione che secondo me dà delle enormi soddisfazioni in ottica sia di comprensione degli argomenti che di valutazione positiva nelle verifiche/esami. Questo perché ho appurato che far comprendere un concetto a chi non lo ha capito non è una cosa affatto semplice.

If gaps relating to previous topics arise during the preparation, they will be filled according to the diagram above.
This is because in mathematics (and in general in scientific subjects) the understanding of a previous topic is fundamental for understanding the next topic. Example: multiplication in the column can not be performed if the tables are not known.
I try to use the most direct approach possible that allows the student to be as comfortable as possible with myself. This does not mean that the exercises in preparation for tests, examinations, etc ... are carried out exclusively by me while the student is watching. If I write, the student must do the same. On the other hand, it may happen that the student performs the exercise and I control what he is doing.
That of private lessons is now a hobby / passion that I think gives enormous satisfaction in terms of both understanding the topics and positive assessment in the tests / examinations. This is because I found that to understand a concept to those who did not understand it is not a simple thing.
