Carolina Barros

Hi! I'm Carolina, and I'd love to help you become more confident in English.

My journey with the language started through a Cambridge Assessment preparation course and continued when I moved abroad, where I spent four years studying entirely in English. I later graduated from the International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme (IBDP) with a Bilingual Diploma, taking English A: Language and Literature at Higher Level. This is a course intended for native or near-native speakers and reflects an advanced level of English proficiency (approximately CEFR C1, with some academic skills reaching C2).

I'm currently a medical student, so I know that every person learns differently and that patience and consistency make all the difference. My lessons are always adapted to each student's goals—whether that's improving conversation, grammar, pronunciation, or overall confidence.

Outside of academics, I love music, horseback riding, reading and traveling!
