My motto is to only speak German with students, so that candidates can learn pronunciation and grammar. If there are groups, it's a good idea for only German to be spoken among them during the lesson. Never try to translate from your native language.

I know that the German language is difficult, especially the grammar. My experience with people has taught me to be patient and to prepare them for exams.
Since I have also tested various people in the recruitment process before they could apply, I think I bring a lot of experience; among other things, I also speak other languages, and through my travels abroad I have learned the colloquial language of different countries.
