Hello, call me Didi. My two bachelors consist of Art therapy and International studies in Italian, and a Masters in Museum Studies. I have dual American and Spanish citizenship and have been living in Florence, Italy for 6 years. I am trilingual and tutor mainly in English and Spanish, occasionally basic Italian.
My teaching style varies from student to student. I use flashcards, audios, articles, images, videos, PowerPoint etc. Everyone has a different way of learning, which is why it is important for me to always ask what is the best teaching style for my students to help them reach the level they want.
The thing that helps my students the most is to practice conversation. As a teacher, I have learned that the most effective way to learn for the student is to ask a lot of questions. My students love when I ask them questions because they are able to create new sentences in different ways.
Hope to hear from you soon.
