Although every great teacher has their own special and unique style, I have found that there are several specific universal qualities that are necessary for anyone who wants to teach effectively, whether they want to teach in an elementary school or a university. Some of them are listed below:

In my lessons I try to instill a growth mindset and help students take confidence from their own progress. Where is all this leading eventually? "A great teacher is one who makes himself progressively unnecessary".
