Since 2012 I have taught English, along with other subjects (debate, mathematics, and geography), in Denmark, Malawi, and Estonia, and as a consequence of these experiences, I have had the opportunity to come into contact with different contexts and pedagogical frameworks. As far as my style is concerned, my approach relies mostly on cooperative learning, friendly but professional communication, and empathy with each student’s needs.
In addition to teaching, I have also gained consistent knowledge of international projects’ management and platforms (mainly Erasmus+ and eTwinning), and for the past 2 years, I have also worked as coordinator of Cambridge examinations (CAE). Finally, distance learning has given me the opportunity to develop my proficiency in remote teaching thanks to online tools such as Microsoft Teams and Google Classroom.
