Whenever I work with adults and companies I prefer to tailor the teaching on the actual set of expertise and experiences of my lerners; focusing on practical goals; especially in those circumstances I help acquiring new skills or strengthen/correct already existing ones. My focus is on motivation and methods, the content is predetermined.
