Hi my name is Edwina.

I am a native English speaker and live in the United Kingdom. My parents are Indian so I can also speak Punjabi fluently and as my husband is Italian I speak conversational Italian too. I have worked for the National Health Service for 32 years but as my husband and myself plan to relocate to Italy, last year I completed a TEFL (Teaching English as a Foreign Language) Graduate Course as when we move to Italy I will solely be teaching English.

For the past few months I have been teaching two Italian students on-line; one is a teenager and the other a gentleman in his 40's who uses English in his job. In a short time I have seen the improvement in their English conversationally. I personalise lessons to the individuals needs focusing on improving grammar, pronunciation, vocabulary and most importantly fluency. Apart from the lesson itself I also keep in constant contact with my students via whatsApp sharing videos, voice notes and help throughout the week. I feel it is extremely important to learn in between lessons too.
