Esther Okpara

My name is Esther Okpara and I am a certified online English teacher. I have been teaching English as a second language for over two years now. I started as a volunteer teacher in my local community, where I taught English to both children and adults. As a volunteer teacher, I organized different classes that were focused on grammar, speaking, pronunciation and vocabulary building skills.
Asides being a volunteer tutor, I have worked with several companies over the years and I have taught business English, Conversational, grammar and vocabulary lessons to students from the ages of 4-50.

In addition to my professional ESL experience, I hold a Bachelor's degree in Public Administration and Teaching English as a Foreign Language (TEFL) qualification.

In my classes, I ensure my lessons are tailored to suit each and every student`s level of speaking, proficiency and understanding. For my beginners classes, I incorporate and make use of their native language to create a channel of understanding English words and phrases. In my classes, we can talk about a different topics and lessons ranging from culture, food, travel, languages, customs, traditions and many more topics in your interest.
