I do not have qualities of teaching method. I try my best to teach based on 4 elements where need to cover Reading, Writing, Speaking and Listening.

I do not have qualities of teaching method. I try my best to teach based on 4 elements where need to cover Reading, Writing, Speaking and Listening.

Reading I will highlight their(students) pronunciation, idioms, and understanding what they are reading, and I will provide the reading materials to students and everyone needs to read it, after the session we will do post mortem, searching for pros and cons while we reading the material, This is for make sure students have quality in terms of understanding the materials, intonation, skill, style, and build confident level.
Writing, what I can improve from my experience is I will let students write what ever they want, any poem, any article, or any paragraph, this is to analyze which part their weak at. I will polish in term of memorizing the idiom, rephrase, and using passive paragraph. This is to build their confident when write something, to me, let them express their way but still follow the guideline and have fun when in tutor session.
Speaking, based on my experience, I will let them talk about their interesting topic and I ask them to let have 2 ways communication. This is to build their confident level and express their way. As bonus, I will make a session for public speaking and presentation, this is to prevent anxiety problem among kids nowadays.
Listening, skill in listening quite tricky because we can listen and we heard what people saying, but do we understand and willing to listen? I will come out with the idea to teach them how to listen from the others and what we understand, and create some games like Rust Telephone as activity in class.
The point here is to create a man or kid who can Listen >process(understand)>Speak and Read>Process(understand)>write
