I think, that one of the mistakes of the regular educational systems is forgetting the fact, that every person is different, thus have a different skillset. This means, that the used methods will have different results in the cases of different individuals. My experience so far is that if the teaching is personalised based on various factors, it will be much more efficient. This is for the benefit of the tutor and the student as well.

With a strong focus on personalized teaching methods, I am committed to helping each student reach their full potential by tailoring lessons to their individual learning styles, goals, and strengths.

My approach is based on the belief that every student learns differently. I take the time to assess their unique needs, whether they are visual, auditory, or kinesthetic learners, and design lesson plans that resonate with their specific style. This personalized methodology not only helps students retain information more effectively but also fosters a greater sense of engagement and motivation. I use a variety of tools, such as personalized exercises, interactive activities, and real-world applications, to ensure that each lesson is meaningful and relevant to the student’s life.

By focusing on the personal learning journey, I aim to build not just language proficiency, but also confidence and autonomy in my students. I believe in empowering students to take ownership of their learning, which ultimately leads to lasting progress and success.

I think this method can be used the best in one on one lessons, so I don't do group lessons.
