My name is Giacomo and I have been a language teacher for five years.

I am from Milano and I currently live around Asia!

I am an enthusiastic language learner and I have a BA in Chinese Languages granted me by the BLCU in Beijing.

I love reading (history, philosophy, psychology, and geopolitics are my favorites) watching and practicing martial arts, and traveling. I love all animals regardless of species!

As a teacher, I approach my students with a meaning-focused approach. In the classroom, I use task-based teaching strategies.

For the past five years, I have been teaching Italian.

I am a very patient teacher, genuinely interested in getting to know my students, which are most welcome to make mistakes during our class without any kind of fear of being judged.

I believe the trial and error approach is necessary and the most effective way to master a language.

My classes are customized according to the student's specific needs.

??In general, I intend to prepare my students not only for the Italian language but also for the Italian-speaking world. This means focusing on the style, nuances, and pragmatics of the language as well as the technical characteristics of Italian.

??Task-based approach in which my students will be able to use the language in simulations of real-life scenarios.

??Free-flow approach in which my students will have the chance of having a conversation with me, I will patiently help to expand the vocabulary and improve their delivery.

?? I often give my students homework, so the learning process continues after our lesson.
