Gregory Tom Thomas Thomas

I am Gregory Tom Thomas, an educator with a strong academic foundation in Economics (BA and MA) and a B.Ed in Social Science. I have rich experience working with the National Statistics Office in Kashmir and Sikkim, where I contributed to data analysis and field-level educational studies. My passion for teaching has also led me to serve as a teacher at CMS HS Nedungadapally and St. Gregorios English Medium School, Attappadi, where I taught social sciences and mentored students across various age groups.

My teaching methodology is interactive, student-centered, and focused on building critical thinking and real-world application of concepts. I tailor my lessons based on each student’s learning style—incorporating discussions, visual aids, and real-life examples to make the subjects relatable and engaging. I encourage curiosity, active participation, and independent learning while ensuring a clear understanding of fundamentals.

I am also experienced in using technology and online platforms for teaching, making my sessions smooth and effective for remote learners. Discipline, punctuality, and patience are qualities I strongly believe in, and I strive to build a positive, respectful, and growth-oriented learning environment.
