years of experience teaching English to various age groups, online and in person, and about 8 years of
being an educational supervisor, I am confident in my ability to contribute to the success of your

Throughout my teaching career, I have developed a teaching style that focuses on building strong rapport
with my students. Teaching is not just a job for me; it is a passion. I believe in creating a positive and
engaging learning environment where students feel motivated to excel in their language skills.
One aspect that sets me apart as an English teacher is my commitment to going beyond the textbook. For
each proficiency level, I provide additional tips and online practices tailored to the individual needs of my
students. I believe in the importance of well-rounded learning, which is why I incorporate supplementary
materials such as storybooks and videos to enhance their comprehension skills.
Furthermore, I have actively sought professional development opportunities to continuously improve my
teaching skills. I have completed 3 different TTCs since 2012 until now, which has further strengthened my
expertise in language assessment. Additionally, I have attended workshops conducted by the British
Council during the recent epidemic, allowing me to stay updated with the latest teaching methodologies.
In addition to my teaching experience, I have also served as an educational manager and supervisor at
Diplomat Language Academy for the past 7 to 8 years. This role has provided me with valuable leadership
skills and the ability to guide and support fellow educators.
Moreover, I am excited to share that I am about to embark on further studies in Italy. This demonstrates
my commitment to personal and professional growth, as well as my dedication to immersing myself in the
Italian culture and education system.
