Please consider me to become your ESL online or ELA instructor or tutor. I am available immediately to fill all days and hours offered. I am an American citizen born and educated in the United States. I currently reside in Finland.
I have earned a BA in English and an MFA in Creative Writing. I hold certificates in TESOL. TEFL and TEYL. I have taught English and ESL since 1990 as well as being a copy editor and grant writer.

• 8 years of experience teaching online courses ranging from children to adults attending college and corporate clients.
Since 2007 I have lived and worked in diverse cultural and social settings in East Asia, the Middle East. Southeast Asia and Europe.
Teaching English to me is notis not merely a vocation or job to me: it is an avocation or calling. I come truly alive in the learning environment. I belieand ve that the student needs to become as actively engaged as possible in learning and language acquisition and expression, whatever age or level. For over twenty-five years, I have tried to help my students tap into their imaginations and inherent curiosity n.
