Hello I'm Julie, I'm 25 and I'm Italian, I was born and raised in Rome.
I studied Digital Communication and in my free time i like to travel and to do cultural exchanges in other countries.
I like to learn new languages and also to teach to other people my language, which is Italian.
First of all, I want to see the level of the student, so basically if the student starts from 0, I would start from the numbers or the alphabet, then the vowels and the pronounce. Then I continue with some examples, exercises. After a lesson I give some exercise to practice with.
Then for the next lessons I would start from doing a summary of the arguments of the previous class, making listening examples from a video or audio or a song. When the student become confident I teach how to introduce ourselves to new people and so on.
If a student knows already Italian, I just listen to his needs and try to make him/her improve the conversational/writing skills by giving them some topics to talk about. I like to talk about different topics and to see how the students express their opinions regard a certain argument. Talking is really important, thinking about the world, experiences, travels, work, sport, music, cinema...
