I prefer to use the simple methods that can allow me to be in contact with my students and to get their intention. Method active is the best one because it helps students to participate to the lesson. I can apply also learning by doing. John Dewey recommends this method to help students to practice with the teach. "Apprendre en agissant" or learning by doing. Students should be repeating the same things learnt with the teacher so that they can master everything.
The homeworks should be given to them in order to check their understand and level.
I have to make sure that I make an individual follow up so that any student should not remain behind. We need also to have groups discussion within our classes so that students can discuss among them and select one who is going to present their ideas before everyone. This should have students to have confident and trust in themselves, but also create a teamwork capacity.
