My effective approach in teaching is student-centered strategy as well as Blended learning. Student Talking Time (STT) is one way to understand student needs inorder to apply an appropriate materials,tools ,styles accordingly.For young learners I tried interactive learning software that made their lessons interesting ( with time limits) the combination of Fun and learning Is effective to avoid boredom. I love conversational Teaching and take up topics about daily life, travels, food and meaningful dialogues for students to have active participation and express their own ideas. They are encouraged to speak ,listen actively and develop their confidence and social connections by practicing real world communication.
