Lois Samuel

Hello, my name is Lois Samuel and I am a Cambridge certified International English Teacher. Currently, I have over five years of experience teaching English. I have taught learners from over 15 countries and have worked as an English Examiner for more than 3 years.

I have worked with ages 9 to 68, and I have always been able to help the learner progress in their English learning goals. Previously, I was a Business trainer with Myconnecting for companies in France such as Microsoft, Hermes, and L'Oreal to name a few. Prior to that, I worked as an English language trainer with ESL International, an Assistant Professor of English with Women's Christian College and an English Speaking Examiner with PlanetEdu, among others. I have worked with schools, colleges, and companies, both online and face to face. I also trained learners for several exams, like TOEIC, BRIGHT, PIPPLET, LINGUASKILL and LILATE.

I incorporate listening, reading and speaking elements in my classes. Majority of the time is dedicated to making you practise speaking in English. I will send your errors, new vocabulary and pronunciation exercises in a report after each session. I aim to create lessons that help you achieve your language goals using real life scenarios. I also adapt sessions to your needs so that you can learn in a way that interests and benefits you.
