Maria Giulia Dasseni

I am a tutor with over ten years of experience teaching humanities subjects at various levels, from primary school to high school. In addition, I work with adults who are no longer in formal education but wish to improve or refine their foreign language skills and Italian grammar.

I regularly prepare and support students with diverse needs and backgrounds, which has given me a thorough understanding of the challenges related to the education system, teaching methodologies, and effective study strategies.

My teaching approach is based on clear and structured explanations, supported by simple and practical examples. For each topic, I guide students through targeted exercises and assessments to ensure that the material has been fully understood and that they can apply their knowledge with confidence and accuracy.

I carefully assess each student’s level in order to identify any gaps and address them effectively, ensuring steady progress and alignment with the school curriculum. Before exams, once the material has been thoroughly mastered, I provide practice tests that reflect the level of difficulty students may encounter in school assessments. This helps them approach their exams with confidence and peace of mind.

My goal is to help students develop independent learning skills so they can achieve excellent academic results and personal satisfaction.

I offer one-to-one lessons tailored to individual needs, both online and in person at my home. I provide customized programs for beginners who wish to build a strong foundation, as well as for students who aim to deepen and strengthen their existing knowledge.

I support students in preparing for exams, homework, tests, and academic recovery. I also write, proofread, and revise essays, research papers, reports, presentations, and other academic work.

All of my students have successfully achieved their goals within the established timeframe, even those who initially had significant gaps in their foundational knowledge.
