Maria Giulia Dasseni

I am a tutor with over 10 years of experience in teaching humanistic subjects at different levels, from primary school to high school and not only that: I work alongside adults who are no longer part of the school, but who intend to improve or perfect their foreign languages and Italian grammar.

I regularly prepare and guide students with different needs and knowledge, so I know very well the problems related to the education system, the teaching method and the study method.

I am very patient, I always put my students at ease and establish an excellent relationship with them.

My teaching is based on clear and precise explanations, with simple examples, of the topics covered. For each study topic, I guide the students with tests and exercises, in order to always verify that the theory has been well acquired and that the exercises are carried out with the mastery of the subject.
For this reason, I evaluate the preparation of the students: to verify their level of preparation and to be able to intervene to fill the gaps, to ensure that they can continue at the same pace with the topics covered in class.
Before each test, after the topics have been well assimilated, I administer tests with difficulties that could be found in school tests, so that they can help students to face the tests in class with serenity and confidence.

The objective is to help students develop their skills in total autonomy, so that they can achieve excellent results in their studies, with consequent scholastic gratification.

My one-to-one lessons adapt to every need, both online and in person at my home.
I offer individual lessons, with a program suitable for all those who are beginners and need to learn effectively and efficiently, but also for those who intend to deepen and strengthen their skills.

I support the students in preparing exams, homework, tests, grade retentions and more: I write, correct and revise papers, term papers, reports, presentations and research.

All my students managed to achieve their objectives within the established timescales, even though some had inadequate basic skills.
