What makes me a good teacher?
First of all, I love teaching. I started learning English as an adult and I had to find methods that would help me practice and memorize as quickly as possible. This may have been a disadvantage for what concern my pronunciation, as it is very difficult to acquire a good accent as an adult. My experience as a late learner is an asset in the classroom beacuse I can better understand students' difficulties. They always have an active role in my classes. They are my best assessors. A list of the top five characteristic? Sure they might be Love for my profession, Love for the British culture and literature, Pragmatic, Empathetic, Friendly.
