Highly experienced teacher of English with more than 20 years of work in education. My qualifications are: University degree of philologist, teacher of English and German language and a teacher of foreign literature1998; a certified facilitator of Teachers’ active groups from British Council in Ukraine Switlo project 2024; CELTA from Crambridge University 2026. My potential students have to be ready for engaging and effective lessons. I work on Communicative approach after CELTA course. We pay attention to all communicative skills: speaking, reading, writing, listening. After a placement test and defining the level of English, we will choose the course book for the work online. The presentations of each lesson will be delivered in zoom. Other interactive teaching tools are to be given as additional to help the students in studying vocabulary(quizlet,wordwall, kahoot etc.), in practising grammar(wordwall, englishtest, linguahouse etc.), listening and reading skills (ESL, Englishtest, amazy etc.) The main structure of the lesson is presented in canva or miro.
As a teacher of English I strongly believe that good intercommunication at the lesson is essential for effective results. Formative assessment is always present at my course as it is necessary for students to follow their progress and go on working hard to reach the goal. It is vital for me too, as it can show the weaknesses to work on further. It helps to choose other methods and tools of teaching depending on the students’ needs.
I am ready to teach General English online teenagers and adults individually and groups.
