Matthew Tewes

I am a professional EMT with over 20 years of teaching experience in Italy and abroad. I have seniority and the gravitas to teach managers and directors who need to improve fluency in commercial and business settings in consulting, banking, insurance, engineering and food industries.

I have worked with a variety of professionals from new recruits to senior management. I have developed lesson plans catered to the individual needs of the client and student. The lesson plans range from basic introductions, conducting a meeting, negotiations, ‘small talk’ and sales presentations.

Speaking is the key to becoming better in English. My lessons concentrate on becoming fluent through conversation in the clients industry; understanding grammar structures and building vocabulary. Through this, the client develops confidence in speaking. The lessons are structured and dynamic in the sense that it can develop like a typical conversation.
