Michelle Aquino

My name is Michelle Aquino 45 years of age. I Graduated with the Degree of Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education Major in English. I have worked both in the public and private sectors in the educational field for the past 10 years. Currently I'am an English coordinator / teacher at an international school situated in the heart of Milan. I speak 4 other languages of which includes Italian, Spanish, Tagalog and Portuguese. In my many year of teaching experience, I have gained a bundle of certificates that assists my proficiency as a professional English teacher aiming the goals of teaching quality education to each of my students. It is my duty to strive to motivate each individual, involve him or her in learning and ensuring that they have all the resources they need to succeed. My focus is aimed at listening, speaking, reading, writing and never a dull moment during English lessons. By listening we develop complex affective, cognitive and behavioral processes. By speaking we improve our communication using verbal symbols orally in different context. By reading we can decode written language and texts. By writing, we adequately express our thoughts and ideas in written words. These factors are very important in learning the English language thus it is a challenging job for me to insure each of my students at the end of every lessons to have gained such knowledge in English to go forth and expand his / her horizons independently to face the world head high.
