My other interests are in science, food, nutrition, and health. I have a BSc Hons in Science-based Human Nutrition and a master's degree in Translation studies, English to Spanish, from Portsmouth University, in the UK. My dissertation was 15,000 words on translating Medical and Scientific research texts. My specialised areas are nutrition, dietetics, health science and medical-related articles. I have undergone 48 credits in a Master's in Epidemiology and Public Health from the University of Valencia via distance learning, too and am doing a scientific review for my final project.
