I am writing to express my strong interest in the English Teacher position. With more than 20 years of teaching experience, I have developed a practical, student-centered approach that helps learners build confidence, accuracy, and fluency in English.

Throughout my teaching career, I have worked with students of different ages, backgrounds, and language levels. This has taught me how to adapt my lessons to the individual needs of each learner. I believe that every student learns differently, so I focus on creating lessons that are clear, engaging, and directly connected to their goals.

One of my main strengths is developing speaking ability. I place strong emphasis on helping students communicate naturally and confidently in real-life situations. My lessons encourage active participation, meaningful conversation, and consistent speaking practice so that learners can gradually become more comfortable using English.

I am also highly skilled in identifying and correcting errors in grammar, pronunciation, vocabulary, and sentence structure. Rather than simply pointing out mistakes, I guide students carefully so they understand why an error happens and how to correct it independently. This approach helps students make lasting improvement and become more confident users of the language.

Beyond language instruction, I see teaching as a process of guidance, encouragement, and motivation. My goal is to create a supportive learning environment where students feel comfortable making mistakes, asking questions, and improving step by step.
