(first of all I wanted to add to last question that I also speak Ukrainian but there was no such option). So usually in my lessons I try to ask a student beforehand what are they strugling with and help them with that topic, if no I try to find a new interesting topic they would like to learn. Also, I always try to include fun parts like interactive games or quizez, maybe some fun challenges. I try to find tasks and exersises that are close to interests and hobby of that person, for example if the kid likes planes we can have fun game with planes while still learning English. I'm very kind and accepting person so I get along with lots of people and I can make them feel comfortable and secure in our classes.
