Hello, my name is Orietta and I am 53 years old, I am originally from Italy but for the past 35 years I have lived 31 years in the UK and 4 years in the Caribbean. In 1985 when I first arrived in the UK from Italy, I couldn’t speak a word of English, therefore, I know first-hand how difficult learning a foreign language can be. It took me a couple of years to be able to understand English and to be able to have a basic conversation with others even though I had studied English at college in Italy for 4 years prior to moving. Anyway, with a lot of patience and hard work I have now mastered the English language, and I am excited to help others that find themselves in the same position that I once was.my lessons are very relaxed and fun, I want you to feel comfortable in sharing your weaknesses and strengths in regard to you knowledge of the English language so that together we can prepare a plan of action suitable to your needs.
During our lessons I will show you how you can use naturally spoken English to:

1. Learn the vocabulary native speakers use
2. Understand more of what you hear
3. Practice speaking using the new words you have learnt
