Palakpreet Kaur

Hello! I’m Palakpreet, currently pursuing my Master’s degree in European Economy and Business Law at the University of Rome Tor Vergata. I have more than four years of professional experience as a practicing advocate, along with a strong academic background in Commerce and Law. Throughout my academic and professional journey, I have developed excellent communication, analytical, problem-solving and presentation skills, and I genuinely enjoy helping others understand difficult concepts in a simple and practical way.

I offer tutoring in English and Mathematics and can also assist students with homework, assignments, exam preparation, study planning and general academic support. I have an IELTS Academic score of 7.0, which reflects my strong command of English, and I am comfortable helping students improve their grammar, vocabulary, reading, writing, speaking and overall communication skills. My background in Commerce and my current studies in economics and business-related subjects have also given me a strong foundation in Mathematics, logical reasoning and quantitative concepts.

My teaching approach is patient, friendly and student-focused. I understand that every student learns differently, so I adapt my explanations and teaching methods according to the student's age, level, strengths and areas where they need improvement. I believe that students learn best when they feel comfortable asking questions, making mistakes and trying again without fear. Rather than simply giving students answers, I focus on explaining the concepts step by step so that they develop understanding, confidence and independent problem-solving skills.

My professional experience as a lawyer has also taught me how to communicate complex information clearly, work with people from different backgrounds, remain patient under pressure and pay close attention to detail. I bring these qualities into my tutoring sessions. Whether a student needs help with basic concepts, regular homework, examination preparation, English communication or Mathematics practice, I am happy to provide structured and personalised support.

I am currently based near the University of Rome Tor Vergata/Frascati area and am available for both online and, where convenient, in-person lessons. My goal is to make learning easier, more engaging and less stressful while helping every student become more confident and successful in their studies. I would be happy to understand your learning goals and create lessons according to your individual needs.
